Music Calms The Soul

I think Joe Hisaishi is definitely one of the best pianists of all time. He puts in so much emotions in his playing. A staccato is a staccato, a crescendo is a crescendo. Extremely talented, not to mention that he composes those wondrous pieces himself. I first fell in love with the pieces he composed in Spirited Away. The amalgamation of Joe Hisaishi's music and the brilliant animation by Hayao Miyazaki produces a heavenly work.
